Independent practitioners and practice nurses at Nunawading Clinic are approved providers of COVID-19 vaccinations under the Australian Government’s COVID-19 vaccination program. COVID-19 vaccines help to prevent serious illness from COVID-19 and are free for everyone in Australia.

Telehealth consults available
Many practitioners at Nunawading Clinic offer telehealth consultations to existing patients. Medicare rebates may be available where the patient has attended at least one faceto-face service with their treating practitioner in the past 12 months. Telehealth availability, fees and rebate eligibility should be confirmed directly with your chosen practitioner.

Fees

Each practitioner consulting from Nunawading Clinic sets and administers their own fees, billing policies and bulk billing arrangements. Some practitioners offer bulk billing for eligible patients (typically children under 16, pensioners and concession card holders during specific hours); others operate on a private-billing basis at all times. Please confirm fees and billing arrangements directly with your chosen practitioner at the time of booking.

A typical fee guide reflecting most practitioners’ current arrangements is available on the fee schedule or upon request from reception.

Waiting room policy
The waiting area at Nunawading Clinic is open to patients who do not have respiratory symptoms. Please report to reception on arrival. Masks are recommended within the facility.

If you have any respiratory symptoms, please wait in your vehicle and call reception on 9878 9191 — masks are mandatory for any patient with respiratory symptoms.

Payments
The Nunawading Clinic reception desk processes payments on behalf of practitioners via EFTPOS, HotDoc and over the phone. Cash and cheques are not accepted at the facility.
